Most people have no idea what they are really capable of and what they have been denying themselves, simply because of other people's ignorance that they have adopted.
Most people don't even know who they really are because they're too afraid to find out.
They're afraid to be alone at night because when they lay down to go to sleep, their mind fills with all the issues they haven't resolved and all the things they condemn themselves for.
They're afraid to be themselves, to be different, to dare to dream, to believe in the impossible, let alone act on it; and they condemn themselves for it.
But I'm sure that's everyone else, not you, right? ;)
As a Spiritual Life and Business Coach, I have developed this FREE mini-training to help you on your spiritual journey and give you a taste of how I work. Enjoy. :)
I would like you to take a moment to ask Yourself a few questions And Answer Each On A Separate Sheet Of Paper Before You Continue to what follows. Remember; I'm not asking you to send me your answers, so be honest with yourself. It just might change your life:
1. When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
2. Do you ever feel like something is missing from your life, but you're not sure what it is?
3. Do you ever feel like you're capable of so much more, but something's holding you back?
4. If you died tonight, and you had to look back over your life, would you be happy with your use of that precious time here?
5. What would you do if you weren't afraid to fail?
6. How many of your dreams have you sacrificed to fear?
The 3 Step Process Of Overcoming Fear - from "Overcoming The Fear Illusion"TM
I.) Calm Down – The most commonly missed step!
* Clear your mind and focus on being in the proper BALANCED state to handle the situation.
i.)Remove yourself from any situation causing panic
ii.)Quick Fix – Count to 10
iii.)Meditation is one of the greatest ways to clear your mind and restore balance
II.) REALITY CHECK - Find The REAL Cause by asking yourself these questions…
* Why am I feeling this way? What is upsetting me?
* Is this a symptom or the real problem? Is there a deeper cause?
— If you think it’s another person, think again! You Choose who to be around, and how to react.
* Is there another reason? (If yes, repeat the above steps, if not; move on.)
III.) Determine A Solution (Stop focusing on the problem and start focusing on the solution!)
* Ask Yourself: What would be the best way to handle it? Can you change it?
i.) If so, what can you do? Make a list of the ways you can change the situation and focus on taking action.
ii.) If not, then why worry? There is no reason to upset yourself over things you cannot control. You’re only hurting yourself and everyone around you. If you believe in God; ask for His help and leave it to Him.
I know, it seems too simple. Well, it is simple, but it's not easy. There are several common problems that often get in the way when trying to do this on your own:
1. It's easy to get caught up in the emotions that come with facing fear.
2. It's not always clear what the problem is because thoughts aren't always visible to the conscious mind, and sometimes we even block our awareness of them out of fear.
3. Our thoughts are like a swarm of flies covering the windshield inside your car. When they're all flying around, it's almost impossible to single one out and deal with it. Often we need someone outside our mental jumble to help us clear and sort the clutter.
4. It's easier to lie to ourselves or give up too soon when we're alone.
This is why I recommend that you find a life coach to help you through this process. The best kind of life coach is an intuitive who can feel your emotions and help you identify what's really going on inside you.
We can often tell if what you think is the cause is merely the symptom, and you need to dig deeper. Sometimes I guide my clients through four or five layers before they reach the real cause of the issue.
We can often tell if you are not being honest with or hiding from yourself. We all have the ability, and do this easily as children, but as most of us "grow up"; we are brainwashed into abandoning our intuition, and loose ourselves. I have lost many friends because they weren't ready to face the truth about the "life" they were living, as I often called them on their lies.
Most people lie to each other so much, it becomes a mindless habit and they soon don't realize they are doing it. Think about it: when was the last time you heard an honest, conscious answer when you asked someone how they were doing? Most people respond automatically without even thinking. We even do this with family members and our closest "friends".
Many people blame others for their problems and don't want to take responsibility for their lives. Most people don't deal with their fears until they feel they have no other choice. Many don't realize what they are missing, and so they lack the motivation.
Being honest with ourselves, and each other, and facing our fears; is one of the hardest things, if not The hardest thing, anyone can do. It is also one of the most rewarding and freeing experiences in the world.
The Benefits Of Overcoming Fear:
* It empowers us by giving us control of our own lives and minds
* Get sick less and recover faster
* It boosts our physical strength and energy
* It boosts self-confidence
* Live a happier, more peaceful life
* Think clearer
* Explore breaking boundaries and explore your real limits
* You are free to create your ideal life!
SO... Now what? Will you go back to living your life like nothing has happened? Will you bury the issue in the back of your mind?
This is your wake-up call. This is your call to wake from the rat race you have been running, clear the "skeletons from the closet" and change your life. Free yourself from artificial limitations, and learn who you really are; what you're really capable of. Find your true purpose in life and go for it, without anything to hold you back.
Optional Food For Thought (For those who wish to face their fear and become more then they are):
Remember our exercise in the beginning? Return to that memory of when you were a child, and ask yourself who you really want to be.
If you could start over, how would you live?
What dreams haven't you accomplished yet?
Who haven't you helped or cared for that you should have? Yourself? Your family? Your "friends"? Someone you haven't met yet that is waiting to be found?
What have you always wanted to learn about that you never had time for?
Why does it take ten well-trained weight-lifting prison guards to put some criminals in their cells?
How do people in emergency situations lift cars off of accident victims that weigh thousands of pounds?
Why do we all feel like we could be super-heroes?
When you watch movies with super-powered characters, don't you feel all "warm and tingly" afterward? What is that? Why do so many people use and identify with that phrase, like when they talk about what it would be like to meet their "soul-mate"?
What's really possible? Speaking of childhood, did you have an "imaginary friend"?
Did you ever experience things most people don't believe is possible? Why is it kids all around the world talk about past lives and things most people can't see; exactly the same way? They talk about having kids or other siblings, seeing ghosts, and colors when parents get upset. (It has been documented that new generations are more evolved and can see wavelengths former generations could not.) What is that about?
Now I'm going to "get weird" for a minute, which really only means I'm going to talk about things that most people don't consider "normal". Oh wait, I already am. :)
What if all this stuff is real, and there's a lot more going on in the world; but most people are just afraid, block it out of their minds, and never learn the truth? Would you want to know?
No one can tell you the answer. You have to prove what is true and what is real to yourself. Everything else is just rumor, second hand information that you can't know for sure without experiencing it yourself. All we can do is tell you what we have heard and what we have experienced ourselves, and guide you in your own exploration.
I will tell you that science has already learned to see and explain what most people consider miraculous; even what they can't see. I will tell you that whatever you think you know is only the tip of the iceberg, and that I have spent most of my life exploring what most people are too scared to explore. I have studied and compiled the knowledge of many who spent their lives exploring reality and human potential, going back thousands of years.
Did you know that hundreds, and possibly even thousands of years ago; people used to perform brain surgery and limb replacements? Even with all we think we have learned, we still don't know how they did it.
What do you want to know?
Who do you want to be?
What have you lost since you were a child? What would you like to have back?
Who or what are you, and why are you here?
Does God exist, and if so, who are we in comparison? Why wouldn't he talk to us? Why would he make all those trillions of stars in the universe and only put intelligent life on one planet?
What happens when you die?
Are you this body, or are you more than flesh and blood? If you are more, then does your body limit you, or does your belief that you are limited by your body limit you?
We love you and want the best for you, but that doesn't matter unless you want it for yourself. Choose your path, and we will do our best to help you along the way. We hope you have enjoyed this journey, and are proud of you for making it this far. Please tell us what you think of this small piece of one of our workshops. We love to hear from you.
We hope you will be one of the few still here after The Shift, and that we have inspired you to live a more empowered and conscious life. We wish you the highest and best that you are capable of enjoying in this life.
