GEMSTONE OF THE WEEK: AVENTURINE

Aventurine is a lovely green stone. It is quite common and therefore within one's budget. It makes for the perfect pocket rock, as it attracts money! It has a soothing and calming effect. A piece of Aventurine worn about the body helps one relax. I call it the poor man's jade due to its pale green color.
